Premium Japanese Ceramic Donabe Rice Cooker Pot (Banko-Yaki)

Cook, Store, and Reheat—All in One Revolutionary Clay Pot.

Bring the authentic taste of beautifully cooked Japanese rice into your daily life with this masterfully crafted Donabe (Clay Pot). Handmade by skilled artisans in Japan, this pot is specifically designed to solve the common struggles of modern cooking: space, time, and flavor preservation.

Whether you are a traditional rice lover or looking for an effortless way to upgrade your meals, this versatile ceramic pot delivers an excellent balance of heritage and convenience.

Key Features

1. No Steam Hole Design for Superior Fluffiness

Unlike conventional clay pots, this Donabe features a lid with no steam holes. This innovative design locks in high-pressure steam, forcing it to circulate thoroughly inside the pot. The result? Incredibly plump, glossy, and chewy rice that brings out the natural sweetness of every grain—all while preventing messy boil-overs.

2. Stovetop to Fridge to Microwave

Say goodbye to transferring leftover rice to plastic containers! This compact and durable pot is 100% microwave and refrigerator safe. Once your rice is cooked, let the pot cool, put it straight into the fridge, and pop it into the microwave the next day to reheat.

3. Natural Moisture Regulation for Next-Day Freshness

Made from high-quality porous clay, the pot acts as a natural humidity regulator. When storing rice in the fridge, the clay absorbs excess moisture to keep it from getting soggy. When reheated in the microwave, it releases that stored moisture back into the rice. Your leftovers will taste just as fresh, fluffy, and delicious as if they were freshly cooked!

4. Thoughtfully Designed for Modern Kitchens

Traditional clay pots are often bulky and difficult to store, but this pot is redesigned for the modern home. Featuring a flat handle on the lid and a compact silhouette, it fits easily on narrow kitchen shelves, inside refrigerators, and in standard microwaves.

How to Use for Delicious Rice

  1. Rinse your rice and let it soak in water inside the pot for about 20-30 minutes.

  2. Place the pot on the stovetop over medium-high heat.

  3. Once it reaches a boil (look for steam gently escaping from the rim), turn the heat down to low and cook for another 10-15 minutes.

  4. Turn off the heat and let it steam with the lid on for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy your premium Japanese rice!
