About EAtoCO
EAtoCO (EAトCO, pronounced "ii-toko," a play on "a good spot") is a kitchen-tool brand from Yoshikawa Co., Ltd. in Sanjo, Niigata, part of Tsubame-Sanjo, Japan's best-known center of metalworking. The name joins EAT and COOK: tools designed to move freely between the kitchen and the dining table, made in Japan with the precision the region is known for.
1. High-grade 18-8 stainless steel
Many kitchen fittings use SUS430 stainless. Mazelu is made from SUS304 (18-8), a grade usually kept for higher-end products: highly rust-resistant, very strong, and good at keeping odors from lingering.

2. A long handle that mixes with little effort
The 26 cm handle reaches the bottom of tall glasses and jars, and the small whisk head blends with a light touch.
3. Built to last
Quality stainless steel you can use with confidence for many years.
