Our obsession with quality starts at the yarn stage, using premium Merino wool and Aso groundwater. This dedicated internal process is what creates our unique colors and textures found nowhere else.

Beret making is a delicate art. It is influenced by the type of wool and dye, water quality, temperature, and humidity. Using the same technical expertise trusted for Self-Defense Force and kindergarten uniform hats, our artisans carefully craft each piece one by one.

The roots of Beret is flamingo trace back to the artist Junichi Nakahara. In 1946, he founded the women’s magazine Soleil, bringing dreams and color back to women’s lives in a colorless post-war era.
