About EAtoCO
EAtoCO (EAトCO, pronounced "ii-toko," a play on "a good spot") is a kitchen-tool brand from Yoshikawa Co., Ltd. in Sanjo, Niigata, part of Tsubame-Sanjo, Japan's best-known center of metalworking. The name joins EAT and COOK: tools designed to move freely between the kitchen and the dining table, made in Japan with the precision the region is known for.
1. Fine tips that meet exactly
Saibashi are stainless cooking chopsticks (saibashi) joined as tongs. The tips are very fine yet close precisely, so even beans and other small, slippery foods are easy to pick up.

2. Made for heat
Being stainless steel, they can be used for hot food and deep frying. The ends are shaped so they are less likely to slide into the pan.
