About EAtoCO
EAtoCO (EAトCO, pronounced "ii-toko," a play on "a good spot") is a kitchen-tool brand from Yoshikawa Co., Ltd. in Sanjo, Niigata, part of Tsubame-Sanjo, Japan's best-known center of metalworking. The name joins EAT and COOK: tools designed to move freely between the kitchen and the dining table, made in Japan with the precision the region is known for.
1. Born to clean graters
Graters are among EAtoCO's most popular tools, but cleaning them was always a little bothersome: food clogs and catches in the teeth. Hake was made to solve that.

2. A dedicated tool that cleans well
Made of durable stainless steel, it does not wear down easily. Also use it to collect grated food and move it onto a plate.
