MokuNeji's coffee mill is dedicated to the ease of grinding beans, design, and aesthetic beauty.The beautiful grain of zelkova wood makes it suitable as interior decoration without needing to be stored away.
The "URUSHI" version is finished with wiped lacquer, making the entire piece black including the metal parts. Due to the wiped lacquer finish, it has increased strength, and the way it changes over time is interestingly different.
The screw part in the center of the body has a three-thread structure created by skilled lathe craftsmen, making opening and closing very easy.
The mill mechanism uses Kalita products, so it's reliable. All parts can be disassembled, which is also a plus in case any part breaks and needs repair.
The coarseness of the bean grinding can be adjusted according to preference.
Turn the adjustment screw to the right for "fine grinding" and to the left for "coarse grinding."
